When is the next shop update/restock?
I try to do shop updates and or restocks every other month. Sometimes it can take a bit longer due to conventions. I will always share any upcoming updates in the newsletter and on my social media. 

Will you restock "x item" again?

Depends on the item. Some are limited and won't be restocked, others will. If you're looking for a specific item, please send me a message. 

Do you take customs or commissions?

I do, but not every product is available for customs. Send me an email with your ideas and I'll see what I can do for you. 

Do you design everything yourself?

Yes. Every animal, character, pattern you see on my website and social media is drawn and designed by me. Most products I make my self in my art studio, after investing in the right machines, for some products I work together with manufacturers. 

Can you make a video or post about my order on social media?

I love making packing videos and try to do them now and then. If you want to see your order packed in a video, send me a message or comment with your order number on one of my Tiktok or Instagram videos. 

 

Shipping info

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Sometimes I can't ship to a country due to restrictions, but if that's the case I will contact you and refund your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

That depends on your country and how much the weight is. For shipping within the Netherlands I use the PostNL prices, in Europe its mostly between 5 and 11 euro and worldwide between 11 and 24 euro. 

Where do you ship from?

Art of Xodosch is located in the Netherlands, so I ship from the Netherlands with PostNL. 

Do I have to pay import fees or taxes?

If you live outside the EU, your country might charge you with VAT. It's the customers responsibility to pay this. If you refuse this, you won't get your order and it will be returned to me. 

Where is my package?

Sometimes the postal services experiences delays due to various reasons. Especially overseas, it can take up to two months. If you're order is shipped with tracking info, you can get check the tracking code yourself. If you have any questions about your order, please send me a message so we can find a solution. 

Item care

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, they are. 

Are your mugs microwave safe?

Yes, they are. 

Can I wash the glasses cleaning cloths?

Yes, you can wash them in the washing machine on a maximum of 60 celcius degrees. No bleach or dryer. 

Can I put the glasses cleaning cloths in the dryer?

 No, they can't handle the dryer. 

Refunds, returns and cancellations

Can I cancel or return my order?

If you're order isn't shipped yet, you can cancel your order by sending me an email with your order number. If you're order is already shipped, you'll have to deny it or ship it back to me within 14 days. The return shipping costs are for the customer. 

Can I make a change to my order?

If your order isn't shipped yet, you can send me an email or a chat message to ask for a change. Or place a second order and I automatically combine them and refund the extra shipping costs.
